About denisse

I am a 23-year-old Print Media grad from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Being bilingual has given me the opportunity to write Spanish-language news articles for El Diario de El Paso during the spring of 2008 and report in english for Scripps Howard News Service’s Washington D.C. Bureau during the fall of 2008. I am currently a contributor for UTEP’s online publication www.borderzine.com.
Since I already made it to the graduation milestone, from here on out, my intent will be to blog about life after graduation and what comes when taking “a year” off from school. I put year in quotes, because at this point, I am open to any possibility and sure, I’d ideally like to be in grad school the fall of 2010, but many things can happen from here until then…
